When you open the item you want to view, up in the top right corner you will see three icons, each of these icons will perform a task for you. Just roll your mouse over the top of each one and an explination will pop-up.The first icon will create an Adobe PDF file for you, the second icon will create a printer ready version for you to be printed and the third icon will give you a pop-up window to email the document to someone else or to yourself.
