Texas’s loss is the NABF’s gain! Dick Cole, is retiring as the Texas Boxing Commissioner and joing Duane as Special Advisor. Mr. Cole, who is himself a former NABF president, as well as a judge and referee. was sited by NABF President, Duane Ford, as “one of the finest boxing judges ever!”
