The NABF Bantamweight Trilogy ended in Grand Prairie Texas on August 10th. Originally the belt was won by Oscar Negrete of San Antonio. But he again faced Joshua Franco – and the title went to California. This week saw the recurrence of a war, both fighters planning to leave as the Víctor. But the nonstop action was too much for an easy decision, and the end result was a split draw. The major winner was the Texas crowd. Thank you to two very formidable opponents!
Also on the card was Hector Tanajara, defending his USNBC Lightweight belt against Ezequiel Aviles. It was an action packed 10 rounds, with a unanimous decision in favor of Tanajara. This belt will stay in San Antonio! Congrats, El Finito!
