In the main event of Top Rank’s weekly Friday night telecast on Telefutura, Urbano Antillon showed why he is considered one on the top prospects in the super featherweight and lightweight divisions as he became our new NABF super featherweight champ, stopping veteran campaigner Daniel Attah in the 4th round.

Using a rib racking body blows, Antillon dominated rounds 2 and 3, sending Attah down in his own corner near the end of round 3. As round 4 started, Antillon was once again on the attack – and when Attah took a knee, referee Rocky Burke called a halt at 1:13.

Antillon, a native of Namiquipa, Ch., Mexico now living in Maywood, California, raises his record to 24-0 with 17 wins inside the distance. Attah, a Nigerian native now residing in Washington, DC, drops to 24-5-1.
